Ordering Process

How can I place an order?

Can I order by phone?

No. All orders are made online only. If the website is experiencing technical difficulties please contact support@ochicollection.com for further assistance.

How long does it take to receive an item once I order it?

Ochi currently does not have a pre-made inventory. Each piece is cut and sewn one by one, per order request. Expected delivery time is within 2-4 weeks business in the U.S. and for orders international outside the U.S. 5-7 weeks business pending customs clearance (this does NOT include 2-3 business days postal shipping time).

Can I get my order rushed?

No. Ochi collection is made from some of the finest materials. For maximum quality, we do NOT do “rush order delivery”. Zero exceptions. All orders are processed at the point of purchase.

What is Exclusive 84?™

Ochi takes pride in exclusivity and creativity. Once a year a specific design is created and released on the 26th day of one month selected that year. Only 84 pieces of that item will be made and never re-created again. Documents to prove authenticity will be issued to each owner of an Exclusive 84 item.

Do you restock items that are sold out?

Yes, if the fabric is available and not discontinued [with the exception of Exclusive 84 pieces]. Continue to visit www.ochicollection.com for updates on new designs.

How do I know what size will fit me best?

Here at Ochi Collection, we provide a size chart, as a guide to help our customers select the best fit for them. We highly recommend that you measure yourself, prior to purchase.

How do I measure myself?

The best way to get your measurement is by using a standard measuring tape used by seamstress. Simply wrap the tape around the designated areas below.

Bust: The circumference of your chest at its most fullest, voluptuous point.

Waist: The circumference above your hipbone normally (but not in all cases) located adjacent to your belly button. Measure the smallest part of your waist.

Hip: The circumference of your pelvic area. Measure the fullest part of the hip including buttock.

Can I change, modify or cancel my order?

No, because at the point of purchase, each piece is cut and sewn one by one, per order. Once the order is complete, you cannot cancel your order. All sales are final.

What type of payment methods do you accept?

Payment system will accept credit card or debit card with American Express, Visa or MasterCard merchant logo.

Is my privacy and personal information secure on your site?

Yes. Here at Ochi we understand how important it is, that our customers feel safe and secure while shopping on our website. All personal information entered is protected. Once your order has been processed all that can be viewed is shipping/billing information and the last 4 digits of your card number for security purposes only.

When can I expect to receive my order?

All orders are package and shipped within 2-4 weeks from the order date. Please note that the 2-3 business days postal shipping times is in addition to the processing time.

Can I track my purchase?

Yes. Confirmation and tracking information will be sent out to the email address that is provided by the customer at checkout.

Returns Refunds Exchanges

What is the Ochi’s return policy?

For the safety and sanitation of our customers, we cannot offer any returns and/or refunds. However, here at Ochi, your satisfaction is important. Because each customer is unique, resolutions for any issue presented, will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
